Travel Tips & Pics

Utah - USA

Zion National Park is located in the south of the state Utah and is definitely in my top 3 of most beautiful National Parks of the US.

During the high season, only part of the park is open for cars. There is an easy shuttle bus system to visit Zion Canyon in the "no car zone". You can hop on and off every 10 minutes or so. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the park. It's good to investigate upfront to see which trail(s) you would like to do. Of course they differ all in difficulty rating and distance, but all of them are worth it.

Temperatures can get very high in the canyon. Bring always enough (!) water and salty snacks with you, especially when you go for a hike.
