Zion National Park


- Emerald Pools Trail

  • Starts at Zion Lodge (in summer only accessible by Shuttle Bus)
  • Offers cool view along the way of the canyon and the pools
  • 1,9 / 3,2 / 4,8 km (1.2 miles to lower, 2 miles to middle and 3 to upper pool) roundtrip
  • Level: easy to lower pool, moderate to middle pool, strenuous to upper pool
  • Elevation change: 21 / 45 / 106 m (70 / 150 / 350 ft)
  • Takes around 1.5-2 hours to upper pool and back including restbreaks

Loser Pine Creekwaterfall Trail

  • Starts in the last hairpin coming from the eastside of the park
  • Very quite hike, short but beautiful
  • 0,25 mile one way
  • Level: easy to moderate
  • Takes around 45-60 minutes
